(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service Major Crime Section has laid charges against a man after the stabbing on Cartier Street on July 30, 2014.
Ibrahim MUGASSABI, 21 years old, of Libya was charged with Aggravated assault and Possession of a weapon.
The 28 year old victim is still recovering from injuries.
