(TINY TOWNSHIP, ON) – Officers from the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a disturbance on April 10, 2015 at 4:32pm at a residence in Tiny Township. The disturbance was between a male and female. As a result of the investigation, it was determined that the female was on bail conditions not to be with the involved male.
Chantel BELCOURT 30 years old from the Town of Midland was arrested and held for a bail hearing on April 11, 2015 in Barrie. She faces the following charges of Beach of Recognizance section 145(3) contrary to the Criminal Code. Assault Peace Officer sec 270(1) (a) contrary to the Criminal Code.
