On December 5, 2013 members of the London Police Guns and Drugs Section and the Provincial Weapons Enforcement Unit (PWEU), with the Ontario Provincial Police Drug Enforcement Unit, executed two Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrants at two residences in the city of London.
As a result of the one-month investigation, search warrants were executed at a residence on Jalna Boulevard and one on Sholto Drive.
The search of the Jalna Boulavard residence resulted in the seizure of 230 Xanax pills. As result, 21-year-old Kenzie Sabourin of London, was charged with:
– Possession of a Schedule IV substance for the purpose of trafficking, contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act;
– Fail to comply with conditions of undertaking, contrary to section 145(5.1) of the Criminal Code of Canada; and
– Fail to comply with probation order, contrary to section733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

During the search of the Sholto Drive residence the following items were seized:
– 94 grams of cocaine – Value: $9,400
– 28 Oxycodone pills – Value: $150
– Springfield Armoury 9mm semi-automatic handgun with laser sight
– A loaded Smith and Wesson .38 calibre revolver handgun
– 56 rounds of ammunition.
The Springfield Armoury 9mm semi-automatic handgun was stolen from a break and enter in Windsor, Ontario on March 13, 2012.
As a result, 21-year-old Nestor Moran of Ilderton, has been charged with 25 firearms and drug related charges and 58-year-old Anthony Stuifbergen of London, has been charged with18 firearm and drug related offences.
