Casimir STODOLAK – Drive While Disqualified

(WELLINGTON NORTH TWP, ON) -Wednesday August 21, 2013 at approximately 8:19pm, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were on patrol along Jones Baseline, Wellington North Township. They conducted a traffic stop on a 1999 GMC Savana van and learned that the male driver is disqualified from driving a motor vehicle. During the investigation, marijuana was discovered.

Casimir STODOLAK age 56 of Wellington North is charged with Disqualified Driving contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada and Possession Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on September 20, 2013.
