(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP, ON) – On Thursday August 22, 2013 at approximately 00:28am Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers observed a 2000 Lexus speeding along Wellington County Road 51, in Guelph-Eramosa Township. The male driver was spoken with and it was revealed that alcohol was consumed. The driver failed to provide a breath sample when requested by the officer.
Andy PAPA age 34 of Kitchener is charged with Fail To Provide Breath Sample contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on October 11, 2013 to answer to the charge.
