(North Dundas) – On November 12, 2015 at approximately 11:05pm, a Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer responded to single vehicle collision on Liscumb Road, North Dundas Township. The investigation resulted in the seizure of a quantity of suspected marihuana from the female driver. The female driver and two other occupants were transported to local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The female driver, Jessica TESSIER (24) of North Dundas Township, Ontario was arrested and charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance
– Careless Driving (Highway Traffic Act)
– Fail to Ensure Toddler Properly Secured ( HTA)
– Fail to Have Insurance Card ( CAIA)
She was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg, December 8, 2015.
(North Glengarry) – Following an ongoing investigation into a reported break-in which occurred on June 10, 2014 at a business on Sandfield Avenue, North Glengarry Township, SD&G OPP have charged a male. The business had been entered and Welding Equipment had been removed.
On November 2,2015 SD&G OPP arrested Charles AUBIN (31) of North Glengarry. He is charged with;
– Theft Under $5000 ( 2 Counts)
– Possession Property Obtained by Crime
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Alexandria on December 9, 2015.
