A 28 year old construction worker from Elmwood Ontario was transported by air ambulance on August 26, 2015 from a construction site in Elmira. He fell from a crane platform behind Elmira Pet Products on Martins Lane, Woolwich. He is employed by Canadian Crane Rentals and they are assisting with the construction of an addition at the plant. The man suffered a head injury and was transported to Hamilton Hospital. The Ministry of Labour is investigating.
