(ARMOUR TWP, ON) The Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to a single vehicle collision on Saturday November 8, 2014 at approximately 12:45 a.m. The collision occurred on Three Mile Lake Road, Armour Township after a Ford Pick-up truck left the roadway and struck a tree.
All three occupants were taken to hospital by Emergency Medical Services (EMS). The driver, Calem AUSTIN, 22 of London Ontario was arrested and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle. All three occupants sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The accused was released from police custody and is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sundridge, Ontario on Thursday January 22, 2015.
