(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On April 12, 2015 at approximately 3:15 a.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated the male driver of a 2002 Ford that was being operated erratically on Wellington Road 21 near the Eighth Line of Pilkington in Centre Wellington Township.
A police check confirmed the male was driving while under suspension and was breaching the conditions of his probation orders which included to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, abstain from carrying a weapon and to be in his residence by midnight.
Further investigation revealed that the vehicle was confirmed stolen out of Kitchener. Police searched the vehicle and located break and enter tools as well as two knives.
Bryan NOBLE age 20 has been charged with:
· Fail to Comply with Probation Orders x3 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
· Possession of Break-in Instruments contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
· Possession of Property Obtained By a Crime contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
· Drive While Under Suspension contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
He was held for a Bail Hearing to answer to his charges.
