(MUNICIPALITY OF MEAFORD, ON) – On Sunday, November 15, 2015 at approximately 12:57 a.m.., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received information that four males, possibly intoxicated, were leaving the Owen Sound area in a white Dodge Caravan vehicle.
Police stopped the suspect vehicle on Hwy. 26 near Grey Road 18 in the Municipality of Meaford and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Upon failing a roadside breath test, the driver was arrested for impaired driving and transported to the Chatsworth OPP Detachment for further breath tests, which he failed.
37-year old, Bryan IRVINE, of the Municipality of Meaford, was charged with having a blood alcohol content of over 80 milligrams while operating a motor vehicle.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound of November 26, 2015.
