(Otonabee South Monaghan Township, ON) – On Tuesday April 8, 2014, at approximately 3:55 p.m. officers from the Peterborough County OPP had occasion to investigate a motorist on Highway 7.
Officers patrolling the highway at the time noted a Honda Accord being operated in an erratic manner and conducted a traffic stop. As a result of the investigation 57 year old Bruce HOYLE of Emily Township was arrested and charged with, Having Over 80mgs of Alcohol in his Blood.
HOYLE was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on May 08, 2014
