Brockton Man Airlifted To Hospital After Two Vehicle Collision That Closed Chepstow Road

(GREENOCK TWP, ON) – On April 5, 2017 at 5:20 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a 2 vehicle crash at the intersection of Greenock-Brant Line and Chepstow Road. Officers attended with members of the Walkerton Fire Department and Bruce Paramedic Services to find a Grey Honda Civic and a Green Jeep Wrangler involved in the crash.

The driver of the Civic, a 34-year-old Brockton man, was taken to a local hospital, and then airlifted to a London hospital for treatment of serious, but non-life threatening, injuries.

The driver of the Wrangler, a 40-year-old West Grey Township man, received treatment at a local hospital.

Chepstow Road was closed for the protection of emergency responders. It has since re-opened to traffic.

The investigation is continuing.
