(LEAMINGTON, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington was called to attend a single vehicle motor vehicle collision on September 18, 2015 at approximately 11:30 p.m. at the roundabout at Road 3 and Essex County Road 31.
Officers arrived and received information regarding a blue Chrysler that had just driven across the grass portion of the roundabout, southbound on Essex County Road 31.
The female driver of the vehicle exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene. She was not injured in the collision.
Brittany BRYON, age 20 of Essex was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. She will appear in a Leamington court on October 15, 2015 to answer to the charges.
