(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 61 year old male with Drinking and Driving related offences after investigating a complaint at a Hwy#6, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Friday October 25th, 2013 at approximately 8:45 pm Police received a traffic complaint from a concerned member of the public about a grey 2013 Volkswagen car being driven in an erratic manner on Hwy #6. The vehicle was observed on Hwy #6 near Caledonia where Police were able to speak with the driver.
As a result, 61 year old Brian TUTTY of Winnipeg, Manitoba has been charged with Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle while Impaired and Fail to Provide a Breath Sample. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date.
