(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH, ON) – At approximately 11 p.m. on Friday July 31, 2015, a Huron County OPP officer on patrol stopped a slow moving vehicle. The driver failed a roadside breath test and failed subsequent Intoxilyzer breath tests at the Huron OPP Detachment.
33-year-old Brian HORWATH from Hamilton has been charged with “driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood”, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is to attend at the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich on August 24, 2015, to answer to this charge.
