(KENORA, ON) On Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at approximately 6:30 p.m, members of the Kenora Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a complaint of a possible impaired driver on highway 17, east of the City of Kenora.
Police patrolled the area and located the suspect vehicle and driver. It was determined the driver had been drinking and after failing the roadside test, he was transported to the detachment for further tests.
As a result of the investigation, 38 year old Brenden KAISER, from Kenora has been charged with:
Driving With More than 80 mg of Alcohol in Blood, Contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code.
He is to appear in Kenora court on August 10, 2017 to answer to the charge.
