(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 20 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Diltz Road, Dunneville, Haldimand County, Ontario address.
On Friday, May 15, 2015, at approximately 1:18 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Tamarac Street and Broad Street East, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at a Diltz Road address.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 20 year old Brendan WADDEN of Haldimand County, Ontario with the following offences.
· Impaired driving
· Driving over the legal limit
· Drive motor vehicle- no currently validated permit
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges. .
