(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 33 year old female with drinking and driving related offences at a Highway 3, Dunnville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Thursday December 3rd, 2015 at approximately 1:12pm, members of the Haldimand County OPP observed a vehicle travelling suspiciously in the town of Dunnville.
Upon speaking with the driver, Officers could detect several signs of impairment on the driver.
As a result of the investigation the driver of the car identified as 33 year old Brenda WEYERS of Haldimand County, ON has been charged with Impaired Operation of a motor vehicle, and Operate Motor Vehicle with over the legal limit of alcohol. She is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
