(WAWA, ON) – On December 3, 2015 at approximately 7:30 a.m. members of the Superior East Wawa Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision located on Highway 17 in the Vasiloff Township approximately 18 km South of White River Ontario.
At the scene officers conducted their investigation into this single motor vehicle collision.
As a result Devlin Liam EDWARD (20) of Kitchener Ontario was charged with the following offences;
Adult Careless Driving contrary to section 130 of the Highway Traffic Act Ontario,
Adult Operate a Motor Vehicle without Insurance contrary to section 2(1)(a) of the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act of Ontario.
The driver was issued Summonses at the scene for the offences.
