Brenda MCCUE – Drunk Driving

(TOWN OF PENETANGUISHENE, ON) – The Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a female with Impaired Driving in the Town of Penetanguishene, ON.

On Saturday October 29, 2016 at approximately 12:08 a.m. members of the Southern Georgian Bay OPP observed a motor vehicle driving erratically on Robert Street East in Penetanguishene, ON. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Fuller Ave in Penetanguishene, ON. Following a short investigation the female driver was arrested.

Brenda MCCUE (age 51) of Tiny Township, ON has been charged with:

Driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood contrary to the criminal Code of Canada

Driving while ability impaired contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The driver also received an automatic driver’s licence suspension and the vehicle she was driving has been impounded for seven days.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on November 10, 2016 in Midland, ON.
