(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at approximately 6:52 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a break-in, and theft, from the Mount Forest Golf Club located on Hwy. 6 in the Township of Southgate.
Sometime over night, unknown person(s) disarmed the alarm and forcibly entered the business. An undisclosed amount of cash from the cash register was taken.
The OPP Forensic Identification Services Unit – Mount Forest was called to assist.
The investigation continues.
