(NORTHUMBERLAND, ON) – On April 16, 2014 at 10:00am Northumberland Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call from a resident in Alnwick-Haldimand Township who had awakened to someone entering her bedroom. Two suspects were seen fleeing from the residence to an awaiting vehicle.
OPP officers responded to the area and located the vehicle on a nearby road. After investigation, the three occupants of the vehicle were arrested and charged with Break & Enter to a residence.
All three persons were held over for a Bail Hearing April 17, 2014 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg. None of the charged persons have a fixed address.
Charged are:
Patryk KOZLOWSKI aged 33 years
Rozalia KAIKONI aged 45 years
Tomasz SCHWIERKOTT aged 50 years
The OPP’s Street Response Team (SRT) is requesting that residents in the Northumberland County area specifically Alnwick-Haldimand Township check their homes for signs of a break in or missing items in the event that forced entry was not used.
