Break and Enter – Tools and Helmet Stolen

(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Friday October 11, 2013, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to an address on Napier St. West in Listowel, where the homeowner reported a break-in and theft from his garage.

The homeowner discovered that the man-door of his garage was slightly ajar and items in the garage had been moved around. The man-door had been locked and was forced open by the culprit(s).

Investigation revealed that sometime between 9:30 p.m. on Thursday October 10 and 6 a.m. on Friday October 11, 2013 the garage was entered.

The following items were removed from the garage:

– A Home Depot bucked containing 2 Dewalt charges, 4 Dewalt batteries, a Dewalt impact drill, and various chrome blue Stanley sockets with a silver ratchet. A yellow/grey/black moto-cross style HJC helmet was also removed (red Smith goggles were attached to the helmet).
