(NORWICH, ON.) -The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break and enter that occurred on June 11, 2014 regarding a shed that was broken into on Norwich Road in Norwich Township.
Removed from the shed was an Echo chainsaw and an Echo weed eater.
As a result of investigation, 31 year old Gordon Eric DYKSTRA of Norwich has been charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on August 19, 2014.
The property has been recovered and will be returned to the owner.
