(CALEDON, ON)- On August 26th, 2014 officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate a break and enter at a Village of Bolton restaurant. Police learned that the suspect(s) broke into the restaurant sometime overnight by smashing a front door window to gain access to the door lock. Once inside, the suspect(s) stole a cash box containing small bills and coins.
Police are reminding residents to contact the OPP Communications Centre immediately at 1-888-310-1122 to report any suspicious activity or suspicious vehicles in the area. Information such as suspect physical descriptions, suspect vehicles and direction of travel are useful tools for investigators.
