On the 19th of October 2013 just after 5:00 am officers responded to a break and enter in progress on Churchill Rd. in the Town of Prescott. On route officers were advised the suspect was known to the occupants of the home. Investigation led to the arrested of a 24 year old male from Bancroft. He was subsequently charged with Unlawfully in a Dwelling, Assault and mischief. He is being held in custody for a bail hearing.
