(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On April 14, 2016 at 5:30 p.m., a member of the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was dispatched to a traffic complaint on Highway 124 in McDougall Township. Police located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The officer determined the driver had consumed alcohol.
As a result of the officer’s investigation, Richie BRATSCHER, 50 years of age from Parry Sound, was arrested and charged with:
Driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood contrary to the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound on May 5, 2016 to answer to his charges.
