(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting RIDE checks on Jennings Road on August 1st, 2014.
At approximately 3:50 p.m. officers stopped a female driving a Chevrolet Impala. Officers could smell the strong odour of cannabis coming from the vehicle. An officer seized over 30 grams of marihuana from the driver.
Kristy HUTCHINSON 44 years of age from the City of Brantford is facing the following Criminal charge
Possession of Schedule II Substance Cannabis-Marihuana over 30 grams
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on September 12th, 2014 to answer to the charge.
