(Selwyn Township ON) – On Wednesday October 21, 2014, at approximately 11:30 p.m. officers from the Peterborough County OPP had occasion to investigate an erratic driver on Selwyn Road.
Officers stopped a Ford Focus being operated by 21 year old Brandon LOCK of Selwyn Township. The driver was investigated at this time.
As a result of the investigation LOCK was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor vehicle and Having Over 80mgs of Alcohol in his Blood.
LOCK was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on December 11, 2014.
