(Municipality of Trent Lakes, ON) – On Wednesday August 14, at approximately 2:50 p.m. Peterborough County OPP conducted a traffic stop of a motorist in a Nissan Maxima on Lakehurst Road.
While investigating the driver for a Highway Traffic offence, through investigation OPP officers discovered the driver, was in possession of a controlled substance and a flick knife.
As a result of the investigation, 19 year old Brandon HOLMES of Trent Lakes, has been charged for, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Prohibited Weapon.
HOLMES was released from custody with a September 5, 2013 court date set in Peterborough Courts.
