(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) -On September 22, 2014 at approximately 6:44 a.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was patrolling Wellington Road 26 near Side Road 20, Guelph-Eramosa Township. The officer observed a 2008 Chevrolet travelling well above the posted speed limit. A speed of 133 km/h in an 80 km/h zone was obtained on radar.
His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.
Bradley HENDERSON age 29 of Centre Wellington Township is charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is to appear in Guelph Court on October 15, 2014 to answer to the charge.
