(LAMBTON, ON) – On Wednesday February 17th, 2016 at approximately 12:00 a.m., members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a motor vehicle traveling in the area of Shiloh Line and Little Ireland Road, Brooke-Alvinston Township. OPP conducted a traffic stop on the motor vehicle after it was observed allegedly committing a driving offence.
During the traffic stop, the lone male driver provided an identity which OPP was able to determine was false. The male driver was consequently arrested and his identity confirmed. The driver of the motor vehicle was identified as 47 year old Borden Herbert LITT of Enniskillen Township and was charged with

Personation with Intent to Avoid Arrest, Prosecution or Obstruct Justice
Driving While Disqualified
Driving While Under Suspension
Disobey Stop Sign
Driving Motor Vehicle with Open Container of Liquor
Novice Driver – B.A.C. Above Zero
The accused will appear in the Sarnia Ontario Court of Justice on Monday April 4th, 2016.
