(SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On November 21, 2016 at approximately 12:05 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Simcoe County Paramedic Service responded to a report that a body was located behind a business on Bayfield Street North.
Upon an initial OPP investigation the deceased individual was a 42 year old female from the Barrie area.
The investigation into the death of this individual is ongoing under the direction of the Huronia West Crime Unit.
When more information becomes available in this investigation it will be released.
