(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Sunday October 17, 2010 shortly after 2 a.m., a Perth County OPP officer on patrol stopped a vehicle on Line 39. The officer spoke with the driver of the vehicle who was found to have been drinking alcohol.
Bobby-Joe REIGER (38) of Brussels was charged with operating a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He is scheduled to appear in Stratford Criminal Court on Monday November 22, 2010 to answer to this charge. He was also served a 90 day drivers licence suspension.
