(Douro-Dummer Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) marine unit investigated a 14’ aluminum boat near Hell’s Gate on Stoney Lake yesterday just after 3:00pm. Both occupants were consuming alcohol on the vessel. The operator was ultimately arrested and transported to Peterborough OPP Detachment for further tests.
Robert GLADDEN (age 27) of London, ON was charged with Operating a Vessel with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood. The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on July 9, 2015.
