(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating the theft of two boat motors from a local cottage.
On August 30, 2013 an officer from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the OPP attended a seasonal residence on Mary Street, West in Omemee in response to the discovery of two stolen boat motors.
Stolen from the cottage were a 2006 Yamaha 3 horse power motor, grey in colour, with a white propeller and a 2001 Johnson 4 horse power motor, brown in colour, with an extended handle.
