Black 2012 Chevrolet Orlando Sport Utility Vehicle Stolen – Plate FOXYROXI

(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On January 20, 2016 at approximately 11:00 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to investigate a report of a stolen vehicle in the Township of Southgate. The owner of the vehicle called police after she exited the post office on Main Street East in Dundalk and found that someone had stolen her vehicle.

The vehicle is described as a black 2012 Chevrolet Orlando Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV), VIN #KL77P2EM7CK532398, with Ontario plates FOXYROXI. It was unlocked and the running at the time of the theft.

At approximately 4:00 p.m. the same day, Grey County OPP received information that the stolen vehicle was last observed travelling north bound on Wonderland Road in the City of London. The London Police Service attempted to stop it. The lone suspect driver was described as a Caucasian male with a black beard.

Grey County OPP urge motorists to protect their vehicles from theft by taking a few simple precautions:

– always roll up your vehicle’s windows, lock the doors and pocket the key

– never leave your vehicle unattended while it is running

– never leave your car keys in plain view or in an easily accessible area

– always park your vehicle in a well-lit area.
