(SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On July 11th, 2016 at approximately 1:40 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report that a motor vehicle was travelling southbound on Hwy #26 and exhibiting signs of impairment. This motor vehicle was stopped near Culham Road and Police quickly determined that the male driver was operating this motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80 mgs.” is Beverly UNDERWOOD 50 years old from Sydenham Twp. First appearance is August 23rd, 2016 in Collingwood court.
