(DRYDEN, ON)- On August 25, 2013 at approximately 2:47am the Ontario Provincial Police received a report of a motor vehicle driving recklessly across private property. Officers arrived to Vermilion Bay and observed damage to front lawns and other private property. Investigation reveals that Benjamin McNabb (23yrs old) of Dryden was operating the motor vehicle, and has been charged with Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle contrary to section 249(1)(a) of the Criminal Code and fail to remain contrary to section 200(1)(a) of the Highway Traffic Act. McNabb has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court on the September 30, 2013 in Dryden to answer to the charges.
