Beatrice WESLEY – Intoxicated In Public, Theft

(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On March 17, 2017 at 4:49 p.m., members of the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police were called to the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) Store in Parry Sound for a report of a theft.

The investigation revealed that a female had entered the LCBO store and had taken a bottle of alcohol without paying for it.

As a result of the investigation;

Beatrice WESLEY, 32 years of age from Parry Sound was charged with;

Theft Under $5000 – Shoplifting, contrary to section 334(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada

Being Intoxicated In a Public Place, contrary to section 31(4) of the Liquor Licence Act

The accused was released and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound on April 20, 2017 to answer to her charges.
