(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 39-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Queensway East, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at approximately 3:29 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Queensway East, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 39-year-old Michael Phillip BABCOCK, of Sarnia, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
