(CITY OF TEMISKAMING SHORES, ON) – A member of the Temiskaming
Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped an ATV
with no licence plate on Kerr Lake Road on October 24, 2013 at
3:22 p.m.
Following investigation the 29-year-old driver faces charges.
Steven EDEN of Haileybury is charged with Drive While Disqualified
– section 259(4)(a) of the Criminal Code and Drive while under
suspension – section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
The ATV was towed and secured for a 45 day impoundment.
Accused will appear in Haileybury Ontario Court of Justice on
December 10, 2013.
