(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On June 30th, 2014 at approximately 11:55 a.m., a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police while on All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Patrol on McCague Street observed a motor vehicle in which the passenger was actively smoking and from which a strong odour of Cannabis Marihuana was emanating from.
A further OPP investigation into this motor vehicle and passenger revealed that he was in possession of Cannabis Marihuana.
Charged with “Possession Schedule II – Cannabis Marihuana†is Enrico PECA 51 years old from Toronto, Ontario. First appearance is August 26th, 2014 in Collingwood court.
