(Tudor-Cashel Twp, ON) – On November 5, 2012 at 7 a.m. Central Hastings OPP responded to a domestic assault complaint on Cleveland Road in Tudor and Cashel Township. Investigation revealed that the female accused struck the male homeowner in the face and she damaged property in the home by throwing glasses and chairs.
When the male became concerned about the female accused actions he called his neighbour over for assistance. When the male neighbor attempted to calm the accused down she stabbed him in the back with a pair of scissors. A 911 call was placed from the residence and officers subsequently attended and arrested the 21 year old female of Kingston, ON. While in police custody the female accused spit on an officer. She was held for a bail hearing, charged with Domestic Assault, Domestic Mischief, Assault with a Weapon and Assaulting a Peace Officer. The male stabbing victim sustained only minor injuries.
