(South Stormont) – On 17Aug13, at approximately 6:00pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of an assault on Highway 138, South Stormont Township.
The investigation revealed that a female and a 32yr old male were involved in a verbal altercation that resulted in the male assaulting the female.
He was arrested and faces a charge of:
– Assault
He was held in custody pending an appearance in Cornwall court.
