(Rockland, ON) On September 12, 2013 OPP Constables responded to an assault complaint call on Russell Road in Cheney. At that location a female reported receiving threats and also reported ongoing abuse issues. The complaint was investigated and it was concluded that offences had been committed.
A 22 year old male of Ottawa will have to appear in L’Orignal court to answer to the following charges:

CC 264.1(1)(b) Utter Threat to Damage Property
