Assault

Shortly after 3am on Saturday morning police responded to a reported stabbing on Brighton Rd. Upon arrival the officers located a 42 year old male victim with a single stab wound to his leg. Numerous other officers attended the area and located two suspects a short distance away. Both were taken into custody and a knife was recovered. At the time of this release investigators are interviewing witnesses and processing the crime scene. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment, the injuries are not considered to be life threatening.
