(Rockland, ON) On February 21, 2014 OPP Constables responded to an assault incident at a business on Laurier Street in Rockland. A dispute that involved 3 people turned out to be domestic related. Two males that were involved in the dispute were arguing when one of them was assaulted. The OPP investigated the matter and conclude that a person had committed some criminal offences.
A 31 year old male from Rockland will have to appear in L’Orignal court on March 5, 2014 to answer to the following charges:
CC 266 Assault
CC 430(4) Mischief – Domestic
CC 733.1(1) Fail to Comply with Probation Order
