At approximately 6pm, police were called to attend a Grove St. W. residence regarding an assault. Upon arrival the officers discovered that two tenants of the residence had been in a fight over the use of a shed at the rear of the building. As a result a 29 year old male was arrested and charged with assault. He was later released by way of a Promise to Appear. The 26 year old victim sustained minor injury to his face and nose.
