On August 6th, 2014 Barrie Police Service were called to the Royal Victoria Regional Health Center for an Assault. The responding officer learned that a 68 year old female of No Fixed Address had slapped a nurse in the face. The nurse did not require medical attention. The investigation continued.
On August 11th, 2014 at 6:30pm, the same female refused to leave RVRHC when directed and caused a disturbance by loitering in a public place. She was arrested for these offences (Trespass to Property Act and Criminal Code). She was held for a bail hearing (BA14038100).
Today, the officer completed the August 6th Assault investigation and this accused was arrested for this offence. She appeared in bail court today for this allegation.
